Was pretty windy on the water which was great fun to start off. I really have lost a lot of fitness and must make more effort to get to the gym. Felt really cold today so cut the session short in case I got myself into a spot of difficulty.
Still struggling to stop the heavy nose first landings on big jumps. Soon I am going to break a board.
Really good fun today with Anglesey delivering the goods yet again.
